Dear lybrate-user, if it is GB syndrome, NCV can be normal initially, but later it will be abnormal. Please repeat NCV of both lower limbs. If still it is normal, then diagnosis is different.

Hi, High Hematocrit can be due to a number of causes. I am presuming you had GB Syndrome recently. It will be worthwhile knowing what treatment you had received for the same because few of the drugs can cause an elevated RBC count. It says gall bladder is normal in size. Shows multiple stones of small sizes, largest 1,4 cm, cbd means common bile duct which carries igestive enzyme bile to intestine is dilated. Could be stone blocked there which has not recognised by usg. Or due to pressure effect cbd is dilated. Which need to be clarified with simple bilurubin test.
