I am 26 year old guy having scalp acne for more than a month. At first I had applied fusidic acid and betamethasone dipropionate cream prescribed by doctor, it works well and my scalp acne were gone but after 2 three days again it appears. Can I use zalim lotion plus (salicylic acid, tincture acid, phenol lotion) ayurvedic for scalp acne, fungal infection, painful bumps?

The redness is due to hard way of handling it and you my have injury. If yes, you need to apply antibiotic creams like Fusiwal.

You should not apply Betnovate on wound as it is a steroid cream. You can use antibiotic cream like Fusiwal cream

You can use silverex for burn scars and if there is infection you can apply betadine or Fusiwal cream
