2. You can use Calamine lotion local application for Itching for 3-5 day

3. Avoid Synthetic cloth and prefer cotton cloth

If the vaginal discharge is mild without any pain or itching, or foul smelling, don't worry about it. There are many causes for lower abdominal pain & lower back pain.
Mild pains will subside by itself. Otherwise need to consult in person.

I have gone through the details given, but those are not very clear. There is no mention of the drugs name only "taking 850 mg twice a day" Secondly Glycomet 5g, there is no drug given with that kind of dose.

don't be afraid. Any antibiotic has have negative affect on your body. As far as baby is concerned I would suggest not to think much, and start taking supplements for 1st trimester.
