Hello sir.
As a general advice, time and again, I say please don't self treat yourself. It is not worth your life in avoiding private consultation, online or in person, with any qualified hiv Dr. Please be aware with drs it's all confidential information. No wonder you feel discomfort after taking the meds which is also not as per latest guidelines. Most likely you have side effects from efv.
