Dear lybrate-user. It is clear from the description that you are not practicig any relaxation methods. Once you practice relaxation breathing exercise, your boxy and mind learn how to be in relaxed condition always. Practice pranayama. Take care.

Hello Arindam.
It is only for temporary relief and it will not cure it.
The complaints will keep coming back.
Also it has side effects like impotency, erection deficit, loss of libido which is very harmful in young age.
My suggestion is to take proper homoeopathic treatment.
You can read about the side effects online.

Paroxetine by itself is an ssri, kindly consult an experienced psychiatrist and it is wise not to meddle with the medications, as there is risk of serotonin syndrome and others. All the best.

Hi lybrate-user. Since when have you been on paroxetine? If you've started recently, it could be a side effect. If you're feeling dizzy even after having a glass of water and sitting for a minute of two, go to the emergency room as it can be something other than a mental health incident. However, if you do think it is related to your panic attack, then you can consider psychotherapy or counseling. It's shown to be effective alongside ssris (such as the medication you're on.)

Hello
You can do pranayam or any physical activity after this medication. The clearance out of your system depends on many factors. But feel free to do any yoga related activity.
