congratulations, you can stop ovacare. You need only folic acid and some progesterone supplement now for next 12 weeks. And you also will need first trimester screening for baby. Hope that helps.

High does folic acid of 5 mg is prescribed only in selected cases. Otherwise in completely normal pregnancy with normal obstetric history, 500 microgram of folic acid is enough and that also is mainly required in first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

Folic acid should be taken when you plan pregnancy again & should be continued till 12 weeks of pregnancy, it prevents neural tube defect.
