Following are the TSH levels during each trimester of pregnancy: 1st Trimester: 0.1 to 2.5 mU/L, 2nd Trimester: 0.2 to 3 .0 mU/L & 3rd Trimester: 0.3 to 3.0 mU/L. Therefore increase thyroxine dose by 25 mcg per day and check TSH level after 4 weeks to see if it has come down to the expected range.
