Dear user, medicine never get you out from ocd and depression. Its your will power that will help you. Don’t get dependent on medicines, change your life style, add some activities to your routine. Do yoga, exercises, walks etc. You need regular counseling sessions (CBT). Call me and discuss all the things in detail, tc.
