Steroid are extremely dangerous medicines and should not be taken without prescription, whether by mouth or applied on skin. It will thin your skin and make it sensitive, especially this steroid is a 'superpotent' steroid, so more damage.

In fungal infection (tinea) amorolfine and luliconazole both are effective but luliconazole is somewhat better .use twice daily for 4 to 6 wks. Keep the area dry and clean. If more area is involved then you wil also need oral antifungal like capsule itraconazole (after proper examination and diagnosis. Thanks.
