Dear lybrate-user,
please visit your doctor often and discuss the changes you need to make. Both lamotrigine and fludac will be increased according to the assessment on that visit. In bipolar disorder. The mood changes from low to normal and high. At times, even mixed phase will be there. Accordingly the fludac will be increased or stopped, an anti-psychotic may be added for short term. Lamotrigine will be continuous for all phases of mood.

Hello. If after 1 month your requisite for Zolfresh or Zopiclone isn't there, then you don't need either. These are relatively less habit forming than certain other medicines used for sleep disturbances. However, one can get dependent (psychologically and physically) on them too.
It is more advisable to follow sleep hygiene as well:
1. Limiting daytime naps to 30 minutes. 2. Avoiding stimulants such as caffeine and nicotine close to bedtime. 3. Exercising to promote good quality sleep. A...more

Ocd is a long term disorder and needs continuous treatment. So it is wise to take medications as per psychiatrist advise. If you still want to stop and see, already you are on low dose, so just stop, if symptoms recur consult psychiatrist and take the necessary medications again. All the best.
