Hi doctor, I have a headache for last 20 days which is intermittent but whole day. I am taking eye drops for nodular episclertsis of right eye for last 3 weeks as prescribed. My eye is 90 percent ok but problem is headache which is not going. I asked a physician two days back and he gave me etoshine 90 two tab a day and sibelium 5 mg daily one. However headache is still persisting. Sleep too I was getting disturbed for may days but last two days were good. Kindly guide me what could be the reason.

If you don't have headache in past and it starts only 20 days back, don't be panic. You are also suffering from nodular episcleritis. You may be suffering from sinusitis which is very common in this spring season. You can consult me in private chat.

Due to the side effects of sibelium 10 mg that I took for migraine prevention, I developed a mild tremor and restless legs. I am taking calcium, iron, vit c supplements and also ciplar la 40 for migraine prevention. Now the tip of my toes hurt, my finger tips hurt, sometimes I feel a pain in my thigh. The pain comes and goes away and sometimes the pain stays for ten minutes before disappearing again. What could be the reason for this pain?

acne should be the side effects of your current medication... I have seen it few times.... and these medications cause amenorrhoea... that z skipping of periods... u can use clindamycin topical gels and benzoyl peroxide face wash.... just to suppress acne... once u stop your medication.... acne goes down and your periods get regular.... just get your serum prolactin levels also checked... coz most of the time there z increased prolactin and breastmilk secretion

5 years before duloxetine 30 mg and propranolol 20 mg BD dose started for my panic attack by psychiatrist. I have reduced it to 20 mg duloxetine and 20 mg propranolol OD dose. But I am not able to quit. I have tried many times to leave these medicines but each and every time I faced withdrawal symptoms like brain zig zags, noise in ear, vertigo, not able to walk properly, sensations in brain etc. I again consulted psychiatrist again 6 months ago and he replaced my duloxetine 20 mg with Desvenlafaxine 50 mg at night and 40 mg propranolol with flunarizine 5 mg. This dose is going on. Nowadays I again started experiencing brain sensations. Then I visited another psychiatrist. He changed my dose of Desvenlafaxine 50 mg to 100 mg in night and propranolol 40 mg BD. Kindly help me. I will be very very thankful to you doc tor. I take hypertension and diabetes medicine daily.

I'm a 33 years old working woman. I've migraine from past 2 years. I get sudden shooting pains that lasts for 2-3 days. Usually pain will be more on right side of head. I feel numbness on right side of face and arm. With consulting from a GP, I took sibelium for over a month but that didn't help. The same GP referred me to a Neurologist who prescribed eliwel 10 mg tablets for 3 months. Its side effects disturb my routine. In the past 8 months I've taken 2 courses of eliwel 10 mg. I lost my father last year and after that I was very alone depressed and my girlfriend was always talking against me never takes my stand and because of that I never consulted a doctor and now my head bursts. I have even tried to commit suicide once by cutting my hand. I miss my father alot if he would have been there with me then everything would have been fine I think alot sometimes and do not get sleep. When I eat and think about my father or my girlfriend fights with me on phone then I vomit. Recently I have consulted a family physician. He said my blood pressure is high 100 by 160 he gave me 2 medicines Ciplar and sibelium for 1 month but then also its not affecting me. I feel giddy sometimes and sometimes I cannot control myself. She could not attend school for 2 weeks. Yesterday, she attended school after a gap of 2 weeks. When she returned, she was not having headache, but after some time the headache returned. Even after taking 2 tablets of Naxdom yesterday and one tablet of Dolo today morning, the headache is not going. Her MRI, CT scan, skull xray done last year were normal. When she was around 2 years old, her head was hit by centre table while she was playing. In the skull x ray, this mark was visible. But she was completely fine all these days. Hi, In last week on Wed I didn't got sleep till 3 am then next two days I was having heaviness in my head like I kept some weight, on Friday I was feeling like my stomach having heat sensitive then next day I felt like vomiting but didn't.Then on Monday I went to allopathic he told it's symptoms of migran attack and he gave medicine sibelium 10 mg ,pan-d, and cetzen. Then I got sleep for 14 hours then within next I stopped having that medicine .now condition is sometime I feel heavy in head little and watery eyes is there .today I eat pormogrant three at time I got loose motion and was feeling little weak .pls suggest me what's its I have exam from 8 November I didn't anywyhing because of this.
