Hello doctor my son is 13 years old and he is having severe acne red bumps on his forehead and on face too. I have consulted skin specialist doctor but for some time its gets improve but later again it's reoccur it. It's now more than 8 months acne still persist the medicine he taken are ketoconazole solution, resorcinol &, sulfur lotion usp. tretinoin cream usp, beclometasone dipropionate & neomycin sulphate, adapalene & clindamycin gel and now is only using betamethasone valerate & neomycin skin on his face. We are unable to understand the real cause of acne whether it's due to fungal or bacterial infection or something other he also now using skin shine fairness soap kindly suggest what we should do to get rid of his pimples.

I have severe hairfall issues. My hair start to get dry and extremely frizzy just 1 day after shampoo and conditioner. I had too much dandruff till about a month ago due to which I have consulted a dermatologist who prescribed me to use a fluocinolone acetonide shampoo and a ketoconazole& zinc pyrithione lotion together twice a week. Due to this my dandruff is under control but I still have extreme hairfall issues. My hairs are dry frizzy and tend to brak easily. They have also reduced in thickness. The scalp is clearly visible. Please suggest me something to stop this from continuing.

I am a Woman of 31, I take are of my face so much. I wash my face regularly even before going to bed. But still suffer acne - pimples and white heads on my nose and it makes my skin ugly. Recently I noticed both hyper pigmentation and hypo pigmentation on my nose. For hyper pigmentation I'm using CLEARZ MAX (hydroquinone 2%, tretinoin 0.025% & fluocinolone acetonide 0.01% cream) for hyper pigmentation I'm not using anything yet. Whether it's safe to use mentioned cream regularly and whether safe door pregnant woman.

Hi sir, I am 34 years old and need some good opinion from your side. Actually the complain is every year when summer season starts till finish of the season I feel severe itching at my feet and foot. I tried neomycin, betamethasone ointment and medisalic ointment so many times but still not cure this thing. I want to also include than except summer in winter or monsoon I don't have this problem. After itching on my feet I try to rub my skin also and for that some times it converts in black rashes on my feet skin. So please guide me what to do for this?

Suffering from infection (red patches and irritation) on glans and shaft of the penis (might be balanoposthitis). Applied Surfaz SN cream (Betamethasone (0.025%w/w) + Clotrimazole (1%w/w) + Neomycin (0.5%w/w)) on the glans and shaft since 10 days. But this has not helped much, redness is increasing. Consulted doctor he told, this could be due to irritation from Surfaz SN cream. My query is: how to treat this side effect of Surfaz Sn cream (used 10 days on the glans)? I have been having reddish spots on my shins for the past 6-7 months which are intensely itchy. Few of those spots resolve after a few days but the others have remained as it is since the beginning. I have used lubricants, levocetirizine, doxepin, desloratadine, hydroxyzine tablets, halobetasol, clobetasol + neomycin, creams but have not found any relief. Can someone please help me in at least guiding me as to what problem I might be having and any investigation which may help in confirming the diagnosis. I have had Eczema on my shins before which has been resolved with steroid skin cream.
