No. You need not abort the baby since because you took those tablet. That tablet is a catogory c drug which can be used when benefits overweight the risk. Anyway follow up the baby with scans to detect if anything is wrong.

Please do a salt water gargle. Take one glass of Luke warm Salt water gargle, add a half spoon of salt and half spoon of honey to it and gargle using this solution, 4 times a day. Also take Tab.
