You have not uploaded the ct scan. Kindly get in touch with me online. Not all colds and nasal congestions are relieved by surgery! you need to know the cause for the same. Ruling out allergies is the single most important thing in your case. Surgery is secondary.

Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Avoid milk. Cold drinks. Take hot water steam.

Usually Nasal polyp cannot be the cause of stammering. Start speech therapy to make your speech more fluent. Talk slowly and prolong word at which you stutter.

Do not use this medication for more than 3 to 5 days in a row. Nasal spray: The usual recommended dose for adults is one to three sprays in each nostril every 8 to 10 hours. The head should be tilted slightly forward while using the spray.

Mucolite sr capsule is best! twice daily for 5 days. Do not take otrivin. Use nasoclear which will cleanse the passage only. Though not good relief, it is safe for now. Also use karvol plus steam inhalation capsules and do steam inhale with water everyday.

I think you should get a ct scan done bcz there may be underlying nasal polyps that will require surgery. Review with report. By the time you can start flomist nasal spray 2 puffs twice a day and steam inhalation.
