There are several things you can do to prevent a cold—they are all easy and inexpensive and worth the effort.

If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the causes for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain.

Kindly share if you are also having burning pain over the upper part of abdomen, this might be nothing but gastric ulcer? Do you have a long history of repeated ingestion of paracetamol and ibuprofen, you see ibuprofen can cause gastric ulcer hence the blood in vomit. To confirm the diagnosis you have to get a endoscopy done. You can consult to me on Lybrate by taking online appointment for the symptomatic relief in the mean time. Thankyou.
