I had sore throat from 4-5 days doctor recommended me to take paracetamol 500 mg celin becosules capsule doxy 100 mg zifi cv 200 mg can I take doxy and zifi both? Does they have any interactions?

I have viral pneumonia (covid 19 pattern (co-rads 5) less than 5% involvement of lungs that is given in super scan report on dated 13/7/20. Then after I taken medicines maxson vc 625, hcqs 200, zathrin 500, vitamin c tablet. Then after I taken 3 follow up x-ray chest pa in which written #28; resolving pneumonitis in bilateral lower zone paracardiac region likely as compared with previous x-ray dated 22/7/20, resolution noted in the status of lesion#29;. But the issue is I have still fever comes and out in day and night. I have also some cough. My oxygen level between 97-99 and heart beat between 67- 85. Today it#25;s a 25th day from start of medicines. Currently my medicine is zifi o (cefixime and ofloxacin tablets). My crp status from blood report as follows date 13/7/20 18.1 date 22/7/20 8.1 date 26/7/20 13 date 31/7/20 7.9 date 07/8/20 10 kindly consult me #28;what other treatment required? How soon I get recovered? #28;what other medicines I required for recovery?

Yes you can take milk at a gap of 10 mins of it. Taking milk with antibiotics may sometime upset gi system.

Both medicies are not going to help you. Star away from besan products andtake meftal 500 mg thrice a day. It is a very safe drug in pregnancy.

Doctor prescribed Cefixime syrup dose of 2.5 ml per day for 5 days to my daughter, however, mistakenly I bought Cefixime Drop and I was giving 2.5 ml of that drop since last two days. As only 2 more doses of medicine were left in the drop, I bought Cefixime Syrup now. To my surprise I noticed that concentration of Cefixime is different for drop and syrup i.e. 1 ml of drop has 25 mg cefixime and 5 ml of syrup has 50 mg Cefixime. Please advise whether that higher dose of Cefixime can harm my baby. If so then what should I do now.

You should always take the prescribed drugs. If nothing abnormal has happened like rash or pain or anything else. Then less chances of side effects. Please continue the syrup as advised and consult a doctor if any adverse reaction. Anything unusual should be noticed.
