When you have already taken I pill there is no requirement for you to take the mifepristone tablet.

A friend took 4 tablets of 200 mcg of misoprostol without mifepristone yet no bleeding after 3 days, then was later asked to go for ultrasound which shows no pregnancy because the pregnancy is too early. The question is it safe to take another dose with mifepristone?

Most of the medical problems need personally taking detailed medical history and examination with the need for detailed reports so meet concerned doctor- gynecologist.
Theoritically no need to treat asymptomatic but theory not important each case needs to be evaluated individually.
This size can be removed laproscopically depending on experience of laproscopic surgeon.

Hello,
This is the normal side effect of the tab. the aim is to stop menses as oestrogen promoted fibroid growth, so if menses are stopped, fibroids would stop growing.

u need to do a scan to rule out ectopic. Then only tablets need to be taken

I am not getting my periods back. Few days before the doctor suggested to take meprate 3-3-3 for 3 days, after taking meprate also, I am not getting my periods. What should I do?

Fibroease is known to produce amenorrhea. So wait for your periods. If not done do urine pregnancy test. Meprate may not work.

No natural remedies.
Surgery or leaving alone depoends on many factors so meet gynecologist.

Mefipristone works only in early pregnancy till 8 weeks. If its 5 months pregnancy the only option is to abort it like a small labour if the pregnancy is below 20 weeks. That too it needs proper indication according to the mtp act.
