Allegra contains fexofenadine which is fda category c for pregnancy and better to be avoided in within first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
You can take cetirizine or levocetirizine which are fda category b drug.

l montus is levocetrizine and montelukast. Allegra m is fexofenadine and montelukast vitaresp fx is also montelukast and fexofanadine
all these are essentially anti allergic medicines. But the dosage and which one to use can be decided only by the physician depending on your symptoms. Hope that helps. Never take any medication without consulting a relevant physician.

Take only paracetamol. You can take a non sedating antihistamine like fexofenadine. Drink plenty of warm, salty fluids like soups, etc.avoid outside food or drinks. Take bed rest after your exam to give time for your body to cope with the stresd.

Cap. Itraconazole (Itrasys/ Canditral) 100 mg twice daily for 2 weeks.
Sertacide Cream for application twice daily for 1 month.
Tab. Fexova 180 mg (if required in case of itching)
The treatment has to be complete otherwise the condition will recur Blood Test- Blood Sugar Fasting PP & Serum Insulin Fasting and PP.
