Allegra contains fexofenadine which is fda category c for pregnancy and better to be avoided in within first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
You can take cetirizine or levocetirizine which are fda category b drug.

Use fexofenadine tablet once daily. Do direct online consultation by sending photos, otherwise meet me at my clinic, for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Use HH fexo tablet once daily, along with the following medicine. Send photos of the affected area for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

If usual medicines not work start steroid nasal spray two times daily and saline nasal spray 3 times daily along with fexofenadine and monteleukast.

Wheeze is a musical hissing sound which comes while breathing especially while exhaling the air. Usually they are found when patient is breathless during early morning hours.

l montus is levocetrizine and montelukast. Allegra m is fexofenadine and montelukast vitaresp fx is also montelukast and fexofanadine
all these are essentially anti allergic medicines. But the dosage and which one to use can be decided only by the physician depending on your symptoms. Hope that helps. Never take any medication without consulting a relevant physician.

Take only paracetamol. You can take a non sedating antihistamine like fexofenadine. Drink plenty of warm, salty fluids like soups, etc.avoid outside food or drinks. Take bed rest after your exam to give time for your body to cope with the stresd.

Stop all other applications.
Cap. Itraconazole (Itrasys/ Canditral) 100 mg twice daily for 2 weeks.
Sertacide Cream for application twice daily for 1 month.
Tab. Fexova 180 mg (if required in case of itching)
The treatment has to be complete otherwise the condition will recur Blood Test- Blood Sugar Fasting PP & Serum Insulin Fasting and PP.

Stop all other applications.

Test – Blood sugar (Fasting & PP)
