Hi Lybrate user. Depends on type and severity of anemia. This drug will be helpful if (most probably) anemia due to iron deficiency. Etiology should be treated also. If you have irregular menses should be investigated thyroid profile or should take opinion of gynaecologist. If this is due to haemorrhoids (piles) should be corrected. So in nut shell the cause of anemia should be diagnosed and according treated. Thank you.

Hi, Ideally if your haemoglobin remains this low consistently, then find out the reason if you are Thalessemic minor. One tablet of iron per day should be fine as too much iron can lead to contipation. Also it gets stored in the liver.

It is likely that your blocked nose and chronic cold is due to sinusitis which is secondary to either changed in temperature or structural issue of your nasal septum which you may have injured along with nasal bone. The first is more likely. Saline nasal drops and steam inhalation for 2 times a day for a week or so might be helpful. Exercise also helps.
