It is fairly safe, and reduces triglycerides, but better to reduce triglyceride manufacture in liver by improving diet. Better diet will protect heart, your medicine does not have heart benefit, only blood report changes to lesser value temporarily. For more information, please discuss on phone.

Hello,
thanks for your query on Lybrate
"As" per your clinical history is concerned to do few investigations like (cbc with differential, chest x-ray, and ecg) to confirm the exact cause behind your problem. For headache, you can take (crocin-650 mg) twice a day.
Hope that helps.

Hi have noted all your details,
A triglyceride level of less then 300 mg/dl needs not to be treated with fenofibrinates.
Asian population have high levels of triglycerides due to our genetics. In case you want to start medication ,start with low dose of statin like atorvastatin, they effect triglycerides also, and are safer then fenofibrinates.
45 min of strenous exercise should be done every day, 30 minutes of walk at speed not less then 5.1 km/hr should be done daily
avoid ghee ...more
