Hi,
follow the below mentioned diety chart:
morning:
6am: brisk walk for 45 min.
Morning tea with 1 marie biscuit
breakfast: 1 glass skimmed milk with 2 tsp cornflakes, 5 almonds: club sandwich with tomato, boiled potato, cucumber, ketchup or chutney
(no butter or mayonnaise)
11am: orange or apple
lunch: 2 thin chapattis, 1 katori yellow dal, mixed vegetable or any seasonal vegetable cooked in just 1 tsp oil, curd, citrus fruit.

Dear Lybratepatient, thanks for posting this question. I would like to know more about yourself, like is there recent loss of wieght, is everybody in your family is also thin like you or is there any medical issue giong on, or r you eating adequately any exercise you r doing. U can try this -
1. 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do.
2. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories.

You need to correct your diet wherever it’s going wrong. Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre ones only. Avoid simple sugars completely.
