Fever could be due to infection in body. Do you have any other symptoms other than fever?
Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug used to treat pain and inflammatory diseases such as gout and Paracetamol is a medicine used to treat pain and fever. There are various pain killers
1.if you are diabetic then use only ultracet (tramadol+paracetamol) or combiflam twice daily for 3 days
2.if not you can take diclofenac +paracetamol twice for 3 days.
