If she is allergic to any vaccines taken in the past, she should absolutely avoid the vaccine. With these allergies she can go ahead. However she has to mention at the centre that she is allergic to these medications and foods. They will have to be on standby incase of an allergic reaction. Good luck. 3.Wear cotton under garments
4.Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids.

Your doc would have prescribed antibiotics for the infection at the local site but as we are not sure whether infection is there or not now better not to take antibiotics blindly
take laxatives ,do sitz bath and adjust your diet.
If not getting better in a week consult a surgeon.
