High potent steroid like clobetasol is never used on face, it wil flare up acne as wel as damage your facial skin with lots of side effects. So stop it ryt now (but steroid should be withdrawn gradualy, otherwise there wil be rebound flare. Hello. Use clindamycin gel like faceclin gel on the pimple very little amount or one pea size drop for full face once a day for 20 days and not more since acne develops resistance to it over time. Pimples if come very frequently, require a long course of tablets so see a local dermatologist for further assessment if no satisfactory response.
