Hi, To stop medication you must ask your psychiatrist. Seeing the description of your work you should take intervals in between. Also visit a physiotherapist for muscular weakness. They may suggest some exercises. Also have proper diet and rest.

All these antidepressants take 2-3 weeks to start action on your mood. They lift the mood at a particular dose. Doctors always start with low dose so that you can tolerate them better. You should try non pharmacological methods- yoga, pranayam, meditation and psychological therapies like cbt, along with medications and then reduce the medicines as per your doctor's advice.

It is nice that you and your doctor are managing to taper the drugs and stop. You will not get any withdrawal with this regime. But if you are unable to face any stress using all the strengths that you have in and around you, you may get into anxiety disorder.
