you should go for brisk walk in the morning. do regular exercise 30 minutes daily.
take 1 glass lukewarm water in the morning and evening.
avoid heavy dinner and late night meals.
avoid junk food and processed food.

Add 1spoon honey and chawanprash in morning and evening and have 2 cups of milk wth almonds kishmish banana in morning and evening.
