exercise. Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress. Take a few minutes to breathe in and out in slow, deep breaths.

Take 1 tablespoon of milk powder and mix it with one tablespoon of honey, one tablespoon of lemon juice and half tablespoon of almond oil.

1.Eat high fibre diet like fruits, vegetables, beans, boiled/sprouted moong dal, whole grain rice, whole wheat pasta, whole meal breads, multi grain chapatti, oats.
2.Avoid foods which are high in fat. Choose lean meats like fish, chicken.
3.Eat on schedule
4.Drink plenty of water, 8-10 glasses daily, Avoid alcohol/caffeine

1) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals,
2) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals,
3) take 30 ml of juice of indian gooseberry along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, 4) apply mixture of milk and aloe vera gel on face with gentle massage daily,
