Avoid too much medicines. If you were admitted to hospital with a blockage, you need ecospirin A/V, if not, avoid it. Otherwise it causes as much harm as benefit.

Dear user, your bp has become stable now but if you stop taking the tablet it will become high again. Take the tablet on alternate days for a month and then we will decide on whether you have to stop it or not based on your blood pressure then. Good luck. You can consult me for more doubts and medications regarding this by clicking on my photo and clicking on book appointment, however if you found my answer helpful, please leave a thanks /good feedback as it helps me with my practice. Thank you.

Generally nothing much to worry about 1dt degree av block unless you get symptoms because of it.
Avoid drug causing av block like beta blocker unless really required but not required in your case.

You can take any juice but only precaution you need to take is to get your kidney functions tested as almost all juices contain potassium which is not good if you have abnormal kidney functions
if you wish you can consult me privately with kidney functions, lipids profile fasting sugar report and ecg for better management of high blood pressure.

Atenolol is similar to metoprolol and will work similarly amlodipine is another bp medicine, so combination is double dose. If atenolol keeps bp controlled then amlodipine need not be taken, but if it is high with atenolol then combination should be tried.
