Also shift your cardace to bedtime (sometimes ace inhibitors cause dry cough)

You have to continue all of the above as suggested by your doctor. Cut down on extra salt which is present as a preservative in papads,namkeens,pickles, chutneys and other canned foods. Do not sprinkle salt on salads but do take seasonal fruits and vegetables , as much as you can digest ! Medication to be taken lifelong unless until proven otherwise and generic medication can be used and few tips on diet - say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar and say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk , can eat brown bread , can eat sprout’s , can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal and to avoid farsan food items and can eat fruits and say no to coconut water
