A mixture of lemon juice, rose water and cucumber juice should be applied on the face as a face pack. Lemon juice is citric acid and contains vitamin C that helps remove the tan color and the cucumber and rose water are cooling agents. Leave it on your skin for 10 to 20 minutes. Rinse it off with warm water when done. Repeat daily or alternate days if your skin is sensitive.

Hi, eukroma and revise cream have hydroquinone and tretinoin respectively both of which are to be used for a short duration of time for specific indications. The combination of eukroma and revise will be too harsh on facial skin so is not advisable. Reverse pigmentation and skin sensitivity can be the potential side effects if not properly used.

You are suffering from a condition called as exogenous ochronosis. It resluts due to prolonged use of hydroquinone. Hydroquinone should never be used for such prolonged periods. Treatment isa bit difficult. Tretinoin/ adapalene gel, CO2 lasers might help. Treatment will take time, probably a couple of months.
