Dear lybrate-user,
since only post prandial is elevated you can add voglibose 0.3 mg to be taken with food to get the value under control. Note, if you have low sugar problem after adding voglibose, you will need to take glucose and not the usual sugar to take care of the problem

Hello, Thanks for the query.
From the information it is clear that you have ED. But there is no information on how is blood glucose controlled. Because ED is one of the most common long term complication to develop, particularly more so if glucose levels are not well controlled. Since there is no mention about fasting, PP glucose levels, HbA1c%, weight, height, dietary pattern and extent of daily exercise. It is necessary to know those details before any suggestion is made.

Well your medicine is OK. If your duration of diabetes is short, meaning around one year, I would prefer to give you gliptin and metformi n combination.

Hi lybrate-user
your blood sugar needs better control. That being said, just a fasting and postprandial is not enough to decide on treatment. You also need HbA1c to correlate and decide on treatment.
