Dear lybrate-user,
since only post prandial is elevated you can add voglibose 0.3 mg to be taken with food to get the value under control. Note, if you have low sugar problem after adding voglibose, you will need to take glucose and not the usual sugar to take care of the problem

Hello, Thanks for the query.
From the information it is clear that you have ED. But there is no information on how is blood glucose controlled. Since there is no mention about fasting, PP glucose levels, HbA1c%, weight, height, dietary pattern and extent of daily exercise. It is necessary to know those details before any suggestion is made.

Well your medicine is OK. If your duration of diabetes is short, meaning around one year, I would prefer to give you gliptin and metformi n combination.

There is no problem in taking both together. If your sugar level not controlled even after taking these medicine then necessary to consult your doctor. Ayurveda better help you for controlling the sugar level and also prevent from complication of diabetes like diabetic retinopathy nephropathy neuropathy etc. Diet management is must in this disease, regular exercise and walking yoga pranayam etc.
