Hello thanks for reaching out. Zerodol sp helps in reducing pain and swelling both. If advised not to take by a physician, you could give her paracetamol 650 mg for pain and an anti-inflammatory like serratiopeptidase for the swelling. Cryotherapy, bracing, rest and guided rehab can help her immensely.
Feel at liberty to contact for a detailed consutation regarding her problems.

please refrain from taking any medication without prescription specially when you are suffering from high blood pressure. Diclogem, which contains diclofenac sodium will surely affect your blood pressure. In case you are unable to reach your dentist please take a over the counter drug like paracetamol (if you are not allergic to it)

Hi , given your age, you seem to be a student. Often, most of the symptoms as you describe are owing to mental stress and strain. It may as well be owing to active sinus problems. Nevertheless, I would advise you to not self medicate yourself with paracetamol, diclofenac et al unless otherwise advised by a physician. Do meet up a general physician who can examine you clinically and advise/ prescribe you appropriately. Hope this helps. You may still connect with me in private should you require. ...more
