Hi sir,
take rest properly,
back strengthening exercises,
pelvic floor muscles strengthening exercises,
knee strengthening exercises,
one time physiotherapy session is not enough for your condition,
after coming home also you have to do exercises more than 3 times.

Hello! as per your X ray report, the changes in your knee joint suggest of osteo arthritis.
Usually in this case, whichever painkiller you use, will give you temporary relief. Moreover, using painkillers again and again would give you adverse effects.
So I suggest you to opt for a better option i.e, consulting a PHYSIOTHERAPIST who would help you in regaining a pain free lifestyle by teaching you exercises for your problem.

Dear Lybrate user, the low back pain present since past 4 months can be due to muscle spasm or a disc related pathology. The medication you have mentioned is a combination of pain killer and muscle relaxant meant for muscle spasm. If giving inadequate relief, then a proper evaluation needs to be done based on your signs and symptoms such as whether the pain is also felt in legs, pain more on walking or sitting etc. Some further xrays and blood tests may also be required for proper evaluation.more

Apply ice in the painful area which would definitely help to greater extent. And you can wear elbow brace which would help you to keep your elbow warm and will give you protection.
Simultaneously it is better to wear MCR chappals (micro cellular rubber) which will help to transfer the Plantar Fascitis weight evenly in the feet so that the weight will be completely felt in the heel area.
