You need to post your mri images. If there is compression of nerve, you need a decompression procedure of some sort. If you are put on a rehab, follow strictly the protocol and find improvement in 6 weeks and further down the line.
Thanks.

If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the causes for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain.

I cannot prescribe about medicines as I am a physiotherapist however you can do exercises for the upper limb ie. Elbow and finger. In general during the recovery phase the upper limbs will automatically go for tightness / spasticity.

Hello, spondylolisthesis may cause nerve impingement, due to it you may fee weakness on that limb. To solve this you need to do certain exercises like stretching of hamstrings muscle, isometric back exercise, and also strengthening of lower limb. You may also require traction to avoid impingement and tens if their is back pain.
