There is no quick fix for anxiety.
You must immediately seek help from a counselor. Before it gets out of control and difficult to deal with seek help earlier, especially about this fear. If the fear is of recent origin, you could perhaps identify it and deal with it. But if it is from a long past, then much work has to be done to sort that out. Since you are on medication please cooperate with both the therapies to get the best results. Sometimes this kind of nervousness could be genetic t...more

It is advisable to take the medicine as prescribed by your treating doctor as the treating doctor has assessed your condition face to face. But, also try considering non pharmacological means like some counseling sessions which would help you control your anxiety on long run, which would further enhance your confidence levels. Your doubts are genuine as the medicine has addiction potential when used more than 4 weeks. So,again discuss the same issue with your treating doctor.

You are on good medication but your problem is that you have not combined it with therapy. In therapy you will learn a lot of skills, tools and techniques to help you cope with your condition. Since you are so young, there is a very good likelihood of there being either genetic causes or some very early childhood influences. If you cooperate you can change very well. But medicine by itself is not enough. The earlier the detection and intervention, the better the results. Don't delay or waste thi...more

Dear Manoj,
It is better to go to the same doctor, if etilaam pro, ativan and risdone ls were not sufficient. Probably his diagnosis at that time, 2 months back, was more psychotic and anxiety issues. Now those issues are under control, depression is more prominent needing d veniz. In psychiatry, the longitudinal diagnosis is made on seeing you at different stages. Now as a third doctor, i will see only what you are on 5th Jan. It is NOT very helpful for your long term from childhood problem...more
