dont keep increasing the dose on your own. etilaam itself is a weak anti anxiety medication, get a second opinion. Increasing the dose would most likely lead to unwanted side effects.

Nope. For long term control of sleep, you need to be evaluated for the reason for insomnia and treated properly. Etizola is for short term only, and doesn't change anything. Consult a nearby psychiatrist.
