If you have not started using feliz-s 10 as your doctor has suggested, kindly start using that medication as it may be able to help you. We understand your frustration regarding medications and believe that they can help you in the future if you are able to cope with stress during the daytime much better and also sleep better at night (both quality and quantity-wise). If you feel a consultation online will be much more beneficial, we advise you to do so as soon as possible.

Dear Aastha,
You need adjustment of dose of stalopam. Please follow up with your doctor at the earliest. Your symptoms are more of depression than of anxiety. So you can stop etizolam, if you wish. The doctor may increase the dose, or change the antidepressant or add another tablet/therapy.

In that case you may be taking normal fear and converting it into abno...more

Dear lybrate-user,
your doctor must have made a diagnosis depending on your symptoms. She/he would have felt these medicines will help you. She/he knows that 95% of people don't develop any side effect. Your chances of experiencing side effect may be only 5%. Those side effects are not any life threatening or organ damage type (if it is so, the doctor would have warned you and advised you periodic blood tests to check). They may be, if at all you develop, will be of some nuisance. If it is t...more

The most effective solution for dealing with anxiety for me personally was waking up early. I am not a morning person but once I tried this, I was surprised how good this made me feel. It helped me find peace and calm myself down. Having so much time in my hand I could do small things that made me happy and I felt a sense of accomplishment just by waking up early. I feel the most anxious during the night- so sleeping early really helped me tackle it to a great extent.
