If your diagnosis of ocd is correct then you can taper off and omit tab mirtazapine, aripiprazole and dulouxetine. Continue rest of treatment.

Please first visit a psychologist and get psychological testing done to confirm if you have ocd or ocd like symptoms. If it is ocd, you will be cured by medicines but in case reports reveal you have ocd like symptoms, then psychotherapy is the cure, medicines will not help much. Psychotherapy is treatment given by talking and a psychologist is the specialist who treats psychological problems without medicines.
