You need to find out the reason why you r not able to sleep? Do you nap in daytime or do you sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it. U need to change your habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching tv or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed. Have an any substitute of rexipra fx 5 .which is banned in market. I take this medicine last 1 year.
There is no substitute of rexipra fx 5. However there are other medications which have the same effects of that medication and you would do well with getting a thorough evaluation from a psychiatrist.

Get in touch with your psychiatrist. Also for generalised anxiety disorder I would suggest you begin by making some lifestyle changes too. Start relaxation ecercises and mindfulness training activities. Cognitive behavior therapy is also very efficient in treating gad. Get in touch with a psychologist near you or online.
