Hi. It appears to me a case of peptic ulcers (gastritis and acidity). Strict dietary restrictions and lifestyle changes are required apart from medications.
Avoid excessive stress/anxiety
avoid spicy oily and outside food.
No alcohol/tobacco
drink adequate water and sleep properly

Drink adequate water and take proper sleep. Take proper antacids for atleast two weeks with all precautions as I told you. Consult online for prescription. Thanks.

You might be suffering from GERD ie gastro-esophageal reflux disease. Long therapy with PPI and Prokinetic is indicated. Avoid spicy and fatty foods, overeating, smoking-alcohol(if any).

amoxicillin component of the kit might cause antibiotic induced diarrhoea, but is otherwise very safe drug. I would suggest to continue the regimen. to control diarrhoea take sporlac-plus sachet 2 packs a day.......take care and be healthy
