after the completion of your course of treatment, kindly follow-up with your physician as he/she will be better equipped to progress with your treatment since they might already be having your past history. If you wish to opt for a second opinion, you can consult me or any other physician on Lybrate to proceed with the treatment. In the meantime, you can continue taking your ppi if you start having symptoms again, but don't take medicine unless its required.
