It is not practically possible to reduce the wheezing in case you have a wheezing disorder. If it is due to allergy you can avoid the allergen and see the effect .Avoid cold food and travelling in dust

Continue with the seroflo. If symptom increases despite that then a short course of steroid can be given.
If there is concomitant allergic rhinitis then steroid nasal spray needs to be added.

Hi if you can follow few basic things then you will get better results in short period of time,
1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals,
2) don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meals, l
3) avoid oily, fermented and stale foods,
4) drink lukewarm water regularly as possible,

Have echo anf PFT done to know status of your heart and lungs and step dose for asthma. Try Seritide acuhaler 500 twice/day. Your inhaler method should be as per guidelines.
