It is to be inhaled after inserting it into revolizer/ lupihalerhaler device.

It is not practically possible to reduce the wheezing in case you have a wheezing disorder. If it is due to allergy you can avoid the allergen and see the effect .Avoid cold food and travelling in dust

Continue with the seroflo. If symptom increases despite that then a short course of steroid can be given.
If there is concomitant allergic rhinitis then steroid nasal spray needs to be added.

Seroflo 100 rotacap is for children, that mean you are on suboptimal treatment.Get your self evaluated by respiratory physician and cardiologist. Have echo anf PFT done to know status of your heart and lungs and step dose for asthma. Try Seritide acuhaler 500 twice/day. Your inhaler method should be as per guidelines.
