You can use foracort rotacaps 200 mcg twice daily for a month and then use it only when needed. You can use foracort uptil 6 rota caps a day of needed. Do a PFT and see a chest physician to know the status of your asthma.

Both are long acting ics-laba combination drugs. The only difference being that salmeterol (seroflo) acts a little slower than formoterol (maxiflo).
