You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh, not from readymade
gels available in market) on your face. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take/scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your face skin. Wash with plain water after an hour.

Good evening. Lichen planus is quite an itchy and stubborn. Topical corticosteroids are the 1st choice especially when lesions are few in number. If still actively persistent or worsening, stronger creams/ointments may be tried along with tablets/capsules to control the disease activity. Even if lichen planus is controlled, it tends to leave behind marks which are very persistent and difficult to treat.

Best is to avoid dust. When you can't take tablet allegra 120. Rotacaps you are already using. You can also get desensitisation treatment available at allergy centres. There they perform allergy tests and give treatment for 6-12 months which builds immunity against the particular allergen.
