Simple answer no! homeopathy or for that matter any other form of treatment (ayurveda, unani) does not have 100% cure for depression. Your dose of cipralex is too low! with proper medicine doses & certain lifestyle modifications, you can get better for sure! good luck.

If you wanna decrease the dose, you should start exercising daily. Like real rigorous physical exercise. The endorphins released out of it will help you feel better and you can eventually decrease the dose.
Although, taking Feliz S plus for years and decades doesn't produce much of problems except Sexual Dysfunctions.
