Hi, as far as your question is concerned there is no contraindication to take these two medicines together. You can take ashwagandha with a escitalopram. However it is not advisable to mix medicines from two different pathies therefore you either choose one of allopathic or ayurvedic. The treatment is available in both pathies.

Try this for about 4 weeks. If it doesnât improve your emotions, seek a second opinion from any astute psychiatrist in person or online. Good luck.

This is a side effect of long term escitalopram use. Itâs much more risky to stop or reduce medication as risk of relapse of symptoms is much greater. Try the medicines your psychiatrist is giving you for these or you can go for rtms also.

You are right. These may be the side effects of Escitalopram, but first tell me for what you have been prescribed this medicine; then only i can choose a better alternative for you.
