Dear lybrate-user,
try to be aware of the triggerin cause of the dizziness that you feel. Perhaps it can be a thought or something an emotion. Mindful breathing will also be beneficial like omkar or pranayam. It will help you get more aware and mindful.

Thanks for putting up your query. Relapses suggest that the illness is not completely addressed or illness is progressive. Also depends forte contains escitalopram and clonazepam, and clonazepam being 'needed' for such a long time means illness is not completely addressed. Please discuss all issues with your doctor on follow up.

Hi, Only giving clonazepam is not the solution for any illness. It will just stop the symptoms immediately initially but after few months the same dose will become ineffective. Standard practice is to prescribe clonazapam for 4-6 weeks, than to taper it off.

In the meantime, please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do yoga meditation exercises, spend time in nature or gardening, etc. I suggest...more

Esciyalopram and clonazepam appear to be right medications for your problem. Usually it will take 2-4 weeks to appreciate significant change in your symptoms. So, wait and watch. If it has exceeded 4 weeks, please consider taking 2 nd opinion.

Dear lybrate-user, along with medication do consider psychotherapy sessions for anxiety. Sessions will help you deal with anxiety and the anxiety provoking thoughts that are troubling. Along with medication and psychotherapy sessions, indulge yourself in some selfcare regime like meditation and breathing exercises. Practicing yoga and or going for a walk. This will help you deal with anxiety and help you increase self awareness and make you relax.

Dear Arun,
There is nothing like right combination or the best medicine for OCD. Whatever relieves you of your symptoms are the best medicines. It differs from person to person. Please follow your doctor's advice. She/he has added amisulpride after assessing less improvement with other tablets.
