If your tsh level is elevated to between 4.5 and 10 miu/l and your t4 is normal, you should be considered for treatment with thyroid medication, especially if you have symptoms of hypothyroidism, or you have a positive test for thyroid antibodies, a history of heart disease, or risk factors for atherosclerosis.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
Both Insulins mentioned are same. Only difference is one has 40 units per ml in the vial. The other has 100 units per ml in the pen. So if you are taking 6 units with 40 u/ml one, then 6 units need to be taken with the pen. You will have to fix the dosage on the pen, it will deliver that quantity only. Thanks.

CA 125 is the only tumor marker recommended for clinical use in the diagnosis and management of ovarian cancer. The reference range of CA 125 is 0-35 units/mL (0-35 kU/L). The cutoff of 35 kU/L for CA 125 was determined from the distribution of values in healthy individuals to include 99% of the normal population.

There is no way you can directly reduce the values, because these are not diseases that can be treated but indicators. So if you take good care of your health by adapting a healthy lifestyle, your body will start to heal itself. It is also important to go for regular health check ups (and do some basic tests) as a precaution. In a nut shell, spare some time to exercise every day (learn Yoga and pranayam which helps the body to heal naturally and brings back vitality ), and eat only healthy food....more
