since you just had a vaccine,you need not take again.however the post exposure vaccine is usually 0,3,7,14,28 days .

You have immunity due to the vaccine doses which you had taken; still considering the mortality rate of 100% in rabies, personally I recommend booster immunisation.

No need to restart. Wash the part that was scratched with soap and water for 5-10 minutes. You can take the 3rd dose (day 7) on time.

As per guidelines- complete doseage of antirabies vaccination give protection for 1 year---still ---as the disease have almost cent percent mortality ---i advice you-- to take booster doses at the earliest --after consulting a consultant physician.

So you have 2 wounds now and one with minor bleeding.
If you have multiple wounds or bleeding or if the scratch is deep, the place you are getting vaccinated might also give you a rabies immunoglobulin injection.
Since it has been 3 days since your last dose of the vaccine, it would be better you showed them the wound directly.
But otherwise, if your wound isn’t deep or isn’t bleeding, you can continue the current regimen after washing the wound with running water for 15 mins.
