No there is no problem. As digestion happens in the stomach. In small intestine minerals nutrients, carbohydrates protein n fats are absorbed. And in large intestine water is absorbed. Then the left over is stool which enters the rectum. Do stools from the rectum cannot go back to stomach.

Cellulitis is a medical term, if used by non medical person it may or may not suggest it as cellulitis.
